        Leadership and Management

We offer a wide range of programmes aimed at different levels of management from Management Skills for New Managers through to Strategic Thinking, Planning and Execution for more senior personnel. Our programmes encourage participants to reflect on their leadership styles and how they might apply their learning back in the workplace with their own teams.

    Business and Communication Skills

Aimed at enhancing individual performance, these programmes build on the concepts of emotional intelligence and transactional analysis to help develop participants' communication skills in a variety of different situations.  This suite also includes practical skills such as coaching, mentoring, facilitation, presentation and negotiation.

     Project and Process Management

This suite of programmes covers basic project management skills and how to apply them to real-life projects, and the techniques needed to map, manage and improve processes using the widely accepted modelling standard, Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN). Programmes focus on applying the skills to each participant's own environment.

            Coaching and Facilitation

We provide coaching either as a stand alone service or as part of an integrated learning and development programme. Coaching can be provided face-to-face or via tele- or video conferencing. We also facilitate events such as team away-days, strategic and business planning workshops, and process mapping and improvement workshops.

South East Training is a learning and development consultancy dedicated to helping client organisations improve their performance through enhancing employee skills and capabilities.


We provide leadership, management and personal effectiveness training at all levels and cover topics as diverse as strategic planning and execution through to customer service and communication skills. 


South East Training also provides coaching for managers either as a stand alone service or as part of an integrated learning and development programme, and facilitation of events such as strategic planning workshops, challenge events, team away-days and  process-mapping workshops. We also provide project management support for large learning and development projects, and work in a consultative role to help our clients translate their learning and development vision into workable programmes.


Our facilitators are skilled in the use of a variety of psychometric tools such as MBTI, MiRo, DISC and SDI. Many are NLP Practitioners or Master Practitioners, and several hold coaching and mentoring qualifications, meaning we are able to meet a wide range of our clients' diverse learning and development needs.

Covid 19 - Our response to the current situation


With social distancing measures likely to be with us for some time, we are pleased to advise our customers that we are delivering all our services virtually through applications such as Zoom and MS Teams. We have always been able to offer one-to-one and group coaching through this medium but we have extended this capability to the delivery of interactive workshops, action learning and development centres. Our clients have said how pleased they are that we have been able to offer continuity in the provision of learning events and how effective they are finding the new medium. Several clients, especially those working from multiple sites, have said they envisage virtual workshops to be an important part of learning and development long after the current crisis is over.


Workshops retain the interactivity for which we are well known, with group discussions, syndicate work and one-to-one sessions with actor-facilitators, where included, forming the greater part of each session.
